Rosie Nestingen is a transformation leader and co-founder of Rebloom Health, driven to create access, opportunity, and equity through compassionate support and education.

With an extensive corporate career spanning retail, marketing, hospitality, and technology, Rosie brings a wealth of experience in building communities and driving meaningful change. As a Black woman and adoptee, she approaches advocacy with personal insight and dedication.

Rosie's work has been recognized in publications such as Fast Company, Wall Street Journal, and Cosmopolitan. She has been a featured speaker for The Knot and on the podcast "Terrible, Thanks for Asking," where she shares insights on transformation and human experience. A proud Fargo, North Dakota native and South Minneapolis resident, Rosie is also a Founding Member of The Labor Club, Impact 100 Twin Cities, and Society of Working Moms. She brings her passion for building creative solutions that promote inclusion and meaningful change to everything she does at Rebloom Health.

Shayla Frechette

Shayla Frechette

Shayla Frechette is an accomplished strategic growth leader and co-founder of Rebloom Health, who is passionate about solving complex challenges across healthcare and agriculture through technology start-ups.

Known for her ability to bridge vision and execution, Shayla has led commercial and go-to-market strategies at startups and global Fortune 500 companies alike. She excels at building relationships with stakeholders, identifying transformative opportunities, and developing scalable innovation to unlock potential growth. She is driven by curiosity, a deep love for people, and the belief that meaningful connections can spark transformational change. 

Shayla is inspired by empowering women through equitable, inclusive, and sustainable healthcare for the betterment of communities. She recently completed an elected term on the North Loop Neighborhood Association, has been a member of the Millennial Women’s Leadership Forum, and past volunteer for Minds Matter Twin Cities, which aims to enrich the next generation through education. 

In her spare time, you can find her walking around Lake Harriet with her husband, children, and dog, planning her next adventure trip, exploring a new Twin Cities restaurant, or manifesting her vision for the success of Rebloom Health.

Breeanna Riordan

Breeanna Riordan

Breeanna Riordan is a marketing strategist, dedicated to reshaping the way individuals and communities navigate adoption, infertility, and pregnancy loss.

With more than a decade of experience in marketing leadership, Breeanna has led brand and growth strategies across industries ranging from lighting to retail to health and wellness. Formerly the Director of Marketing at Nova Flex LED, she later founded Coalition B, her own consultancy supporting small and mid-sized businesses with brand clarity and strategic marketing.

Her personal career journey was featured in Newsweek, where she shared her story of burnout and rediscovering purpose outside the traditional corporate ladder. That shift sparked her passion for building meaningful, human-centered work, and it continues to fuel her role at Rebloom today.

Breeanna’s commitment to Rebloom is both professional and deeply personal. After experiencing pregnancy loss herself, she imagined what it would look like to have a resource that blends clarity with compassion, a space where both grievers and supporters can find knowledge, hope, and community. She brings her expertise in marketing strategy and storytelling together with lived experience to ensure Rebloom speaks with empathy and credibility.

Based in Minnesota, Breeanna is also a stepmom, a CrossFit enthusiast, and a believer in the power of community-driven change.

Ashley Thompson

Ashley Thompson

Ashley Thompson is a recruitment specialist, social media strategist, and freelance brand artist with a Master’s Degree in Health and Risk Communication from Michigan State University.

With a blend of digital marketing, career coaching, non-profit work, and DEI-driven insight, Ashley thrives at the intersection of creativity and strategy. She helps small businesses bring brand visions to life and guides professionals in career transitions toward roles that are not only smart fits, but fulfilling ones.

Specializing in organic social media, Ashley’s content has promoted brands like Off the Deck Hot Sauce, Flannel Fizz Soda, Rain City Skills, TEDxConcordiaCollege, Tech SHEroes TechWell, CIOS Against Cancer, the American Red Cross, and The Latitude Group.

Ashley earned top regional honors at the Red Cross for new accounts, blood drives, and donors, as well as social media-driven blood drive promotion. Her health communication research has been featured at the Kentucky Conference on Health Communication, the National Communication Association, and the National Social Norms Center.

Ashley is proud to launch Rebloom Health’s inaugural social campaigns in her newest adventure, helping them scale with authenticity, strategy, and style.
